Please complete this initial intake to get things started. We will start a file in our office and send a service contract after we gather more details about your legal matter.

 

Once the signed contract and payment are in place we can move forward with your legal matter. Payment for services is due in advance.  

 

Should further guidance or legal advice become necessary, we can provide a referral to an attorney to further assist. Otherwise, if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact our office. We look forward to working with you!
